The winner was entitled, as because of this win to take part at the Miss Georgia Pageant in June of 1985. On the same day, June 22nd, 1985 she was the winner of the competition. Mohr later went on September 1985 to be a part of Georgia at Miss America 1986, a pageant which was staged in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She was, however, not one of the Top 10 finalist to win the title of Miss America national.
